Yaadori

Account and profile information

Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, Yaadori requests only Apple’s app-specific user identifier; it does not request your name or email address. The Apple identifier is stored on your device for credential status and is not used as your public player identity.

Yaadori separately creates a random internal player identifier and short player code. A deterministic, system-generated alias is derived from that identifier. You cannot edit the global name used on public leaderboards. For a party room, you may optionally enter a temporary name of up to 20 characters; leaving it blank uses the generated alias. The alias reduces exposure of the internal identifier but remains linked to the same player record and is pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Gameplay, CloudKit, and feedback

Yaadori stores settings, progress, scores, badges, session summaries, optional room-scoped party names, party-room activity, feedback, and account-deletion requests on your device and, where applicable, through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services. Optional party names are stored on temporary room-participant records and removed during party cleanup. The Developer may access service records when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, or moderate Yaadori.

If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity and leaderboard scores under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Yaadori submits scores only after Game Center authentication succeeds.

Information visible to other players

Leaderboard entries may show your generated alias, score, rank, game, level, streak, and related performance statistics. Party participants may see the optional name you entered for that room—or your generated alias when blank—plus roles, scores, submission status, room codes, and results. The full internal player identifier is not shown on these gameplay screens. Your short player code is shown in Settings and may be used for support.

Administration and moderation

The Developer may access the internal player identifier, player code, generated alias, optional room-scoped party name, gameplay, feedback, and party records when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and moderate Yaadori. Moderation is attached to the internal player identifier rather than a user-entered name.

Subscriptions

Apple processes subscription purchases, renewals, refunds, transaction records, and payment information. Yaadori reads verified transaction and entitlement information to unlock Premium and restore purchases. The Developer does not receive your payment-card details.

Advertising

The free experience uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google may process an IP address or coarse location, device or app-bounded identifiers, ads viewed, app and ad interactions, and crash or performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service analytics.

Yaadori requests non-personalized ad treatment and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. Consent and privacy choices are presented where required. Premium disables Yaadori’s ad-supported features while a verified entitlement is active. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you submit feedback in the app, the Developer receives the message, internal player identifier, player code, generated alias, and related app and device details needed to investigate. If you email support@jolous.com, the Developer also receives your email address and anything else you provide. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, real names, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention, deletion, and privacy choices

• Device data remains until it is cleared or the app is removed.
• CloudKit records are retained while needed for app functionality, security, moderation, support, and legal obligations.
• Ad data is retained by Google according to its services, privacy choices, and privacy policy.
• Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Use Settings > Account > Delete Account and Cloud Data to request deletion of Yaadori account data. Active App Store subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple’s subscription settings. You may also sign out, change advertising privacy choices when offered, or contact support@jolous.com.

Children

Yaadori is a general-audience memory game and is not directed specifically to children. The Developer does not knowingly request personal information from children beyond the optional account and multiplayer features described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where required.

International processing and security

Apple and Google may process information in countries other than your own using safeguards described in their policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but Yaadori limits developer-controlled data and uses Apple platform security and authenticated services.

Yaadori does not sell personal information. Apple and Google are used only for the app, account, cloud, purchase, advertising, consent, and security functions described in this policy, subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information controlled by the Developer. Contact support@jolous.com to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear at the top, and material changes will be communicated through the app or its store listing when appropriate.

License and permitted use

Yaadori is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple’s usage rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control.

You may not copy, redistribute, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the app or its services, exploit advertisements, manipulate purchases or leaderboard results, harass other players, use party rooms unlawfully, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights, except where applicable law expressly permits an action that cannot be restricted by contract.

Entertainment only

Yaadori is a memory-training game for entertainment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of cognitive improvement. It does not offer gambling, cash prizes, or items redeemable for real-world value.

Accounts and online play

Sign in with Apple is optional, but some profile, party, synchronization, moderation, and leaderboard features require iCloud or network services. Yaadori assigns a random internal player identifier, short player code, and system-generated public alias. You cannot edit the global name used on leaderboards, but you may optionally enter a temporary name shown to participants in one party room. You are responsible for that party name, activity associated with your player identity, and keeping room codes appropriately private. Leaderboards and parties may display the applicable name and related gameplay statistics.

The Developer may remove or hide fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, misleading, or invalid scores, ranks, submissions, content, records, or access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, security, support, or legal compliance. Controls are attached to the internal player identifier rather than a user-entered name.

Premium subscriptions

Yaadori offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. The price displayed by the App Store is the applicable price and may vary by storefront, currency, and tax. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting your Yaadori account does not cancel an active subscription. Purchases, restoration, refunds, and billing disputes are processed under Apple’s policies.

Premium unlocks the features described on the purchase screen while a verified entitlement is active. Premium does not transfer ownership of Yaadori or grant rights to separate future products.

Advertising

Free users may see interstitial advertisements after eligible gameplay time and may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to create an additional party room. Ad availability and completion depend on Google, network access, region, privacy choices, and inventory. A reward is granted only after the advertising service reports completion. Premium disables Yaadori’s ad-supported features while a verified entitlement is active.

Third-party services

Yaadori relies on Apple for distribution, Sign in with Apple, iCloud and CloudKit, Game Center, and StoreKit, and on Google AdMob for advertising and consent choices. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and may change independently of the Developer.

Progress, updates, and availability

Local or online progress may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, reset, or unrecoverable. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account. The Developer may maintain, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, third-party service changes, or product improvement.

Ownership

Yaadori and its original code, name, logo, visual systems, and other original materials are owned by the Developer or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaadori is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use Yaadori, including loss of local progress. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction and do not limit mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Yaadori at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective.

We may update these terms to reflect app, service, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing when appropriate. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
